Yes, it's already happening. I recently read an article where a 71 year old woman cashed out her 401 K savings and purchased some land on the out skirts of Dallas and set up an RV camp specifically for women in retirement. She formed a community where women helped each other and it's a safe place to be. There is help available should you need it among the community. I thought this was a wonderful idea. The rent was very affordable based on the owner's return on her investment. The average cost of a lot was $435 which included utilities.

I wish I would have saved that article and republished it here on substack. We need more kind souls like her.
