That’s the lesson that’s being lost today. You still have to show up when you don’t feel like it.

There’s something about looking in the mirror after a good run of consistency that hits different.

Lately I’ve been back in the gym regularly, and I can feel the difference everywhere. In my body, obviously. The shoulders are wider, the arms are fuller, the strength is coming back. But what surprised me more is what it’s doing for my mind.
