I'm 34. I don't have a personal chef or a meal prep service.
I don't have a free Sunday to spend 4 hours weighing chicken and portioning rice into containers.
I don't have a supplement budget that gets covered by a sponsorship.
And yet I train at 3:40 AM in a freezing garage, coach athletes all day, come home to a 4 year old and a 2 year old who have zero interest in how tired I am, and I still have enough energy to be fully present for all of it.
Because I stopped overcomplicating food and started treating it like fuel.
Protein at every meal.
Carbs around my training.
Enough calories to actually perform.
That's it. No suffering required.
The diet industry needs you confused and exhausted. Your family needs you strong and capable.
Change your mindset.
