As a strength coach who has lived this from both sides of the bar, let me be honest:
The fitness industry made strength training look effortless and cinematic.
But it's not.
We grind through sessions where nothing feels right. We adjust programs when the body stops cooperating. We sit with athletes in the frustrating middle where progress is invisible. We show up on days where the only win is that we showed up.
It's not a highlight reel.
It's a long, unglamorous commitment to something that matters.
