Earlier today we published my video report on AOC’s utterly embarrassing appearance at the Munich Security Conference, which her teamed billed to the media as he “coming out” party to show she’s a Serious Thinker on Foreign Policy. She completely face-planted when she had no idea what to say when asked about one of the oldest and most central foreign policy questions: should the US military defend Taiwan if China attacks. She stammered and then puked up total incoherence.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) appeared at the same conference, and was actually on a panel with AOC when she was asked what the US goals in Ukraine should be. Unlike AOC, at least Whitmer had the decency to admit that she had no idea what to say. Do these people even read about the news? These are professional politicians who seem to know literally nothing about the most consequential political questions. People who just casually read the NYT every morning, or a few times a week, know more than this:
