Great chatting with the Weave team in SF yesterday.

They are building an engineering intelligence platform for the AI era.

Some of the interesting things they are doing:

- They use 4 different AI tools for code reviews

- Everyone is coding, including non-engineers are building their own internal tools

- Apart from coding, debugging and incident root cause analysis are two really great use cases to use AI

- Cursor and Claude Code are their primary choice of AI coding tools

- They are all located in SF and work on-site together (team of 10), as the collaboration is much better that way

- Everyone can take initiative and build + own features end-to-end.
