When we demand accountability from the school choice movement, we are not asking for anything extraordinary. We are simply asking that all K-12 educational institutions receiving public funding meet the same accountability and transparency standards that traditional K-12 public schools have long upheld. This is a fundamental requirement for responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars and a basic commitment to the taxpayers we serve.
