Saw this circulating around. It's funny to see how so many people are so out of touch with what higher education and the people who work in it actually looks like. Precarity, competing for scarce jobs, lack of support, publish or perish were common conditions 10 years ago. Saw them firsthand more than 20 years back myself coming out of grad school
