sometimes i wonder how many versions of myself i’ve outgrown without even noticing. i look back at old photos and remember the thoughts i used to carry, the dreams i thought would save me. it’s strange how you can live inside yourself every day and still not realize you’re evolving. it’s only when you look back that you realize how far you’ve come, how many lives you’ve already lived in the same skin.

Not surprising. I got a RE to the jab at my CA state university, but I also claim exemption from the tests and the suffocation devices, so was put on all-remote teaching. Which I consider segregation and an unequal, hostile work environment. My last semester there. Re "diverse, inclusive": That was the FIRST thing I said, when the CSU mandate came out. Oh--so this institution that crows about "diversity and inclusion" at every breath...doesn't want the diversity of vaxxed and unvaxxed? Doesn't want to include free-breathers as well as those who feel they must cover their faces? Let alone doesn't want the diversity of opinions and immune systems that led people to arrive at their decisions?
