Interestingly because Dataform was effectively overshadowed by dbt, it killed what was a far better developer experience, this was ~2019, and probably pushed the DX exactly that many years ago back (4).
Had Dataform and dbt properly gone head to head on features instead of the Google acquisition, I think we’d be in a much better place!
