Although when I sent an angry email to support a few months ago complaining that they wouldn't stop sending me one of their newsletters even though I'd unsubscribed from everything, I heard from my former debate nemesis Elle Beau. When I responded back I was polite (but angry with Medium) and added "Ha ha Elle, do ya miss me???" She quite professionally ignored that, and handled my issue with full professionalism.
