A little about me: I’m Vaishali, a Senior Growth Data Scientist with experience across experimentation, marketing, product analytics, and growth strategy. My work sits at the intersection of data, product, and business, where the hardest problems are rarely about models and almost always about clarity, trade-offs, and judgment.

I still love learning from books and first principles, but AI has changed how I approach new skills and ideas. It’s become a thinking partner helping me explore unfamiliar topics, challenge my assumptions, and sharpen how I reason. I’m increasingly interested not just in what we build, but how we think while building it.
