Streets can be noisy and chaotic, but they can also be peaceful places to wander. This street is closed off to cars and in the rainy season can be a magical place. This road leads to the top of Mt Tabor in Portland, Oregon, which is one of the few U.S. cities with an extinct volcano within its boundaries.
