Google Images has become substantially harder to use and download images. You'll find an image and GI won't let you download it, forcing you to go to the website, which may be broken, the link expired, or doing all sorts of dirty tricks to make it impossible to download. I pop open 'Media Info' in Firefox several times a year now, whereas I used to not even know what that was... I understand lawsuits are part of what happened there.

Google Search also seems to just plain forget old URLs, somehow. It used to be that you'd still find them, just on page 5 or something. (Speaking of which, results 'run out' with a baffling frequency now.) Increasingly I'll be forced back onto my own notes or IRC logs in order to refind something from, say, 2010. I have no idea what's going on with that, Google never deletes data (at least historically) so it should all be there *somewhere* inside Google, so I guess maybe it's just not being included in the indexes (too expensive for the NNs to process?) or something like a timeout is dropping them?
