The US has been the mastermind behind so much interference in so many other countrys’ elections (and governance). I think that the CIA & our own State Dept. (and maybe the DOJ), are probably behind the CCDH, and their efforts here on this side of the pond.

The CIA appears to have a history of reaching out to the “five eyes” for help in doing things in the US, that they are prohibited from doing.
