been thinking about this a lot after spending time in a hospital and hospital room devoid of much beauty - we need beauty for the whole of us.

A thought I keep having as continue the seemingly endless task of putting my home back together after the fire we had:
Beauty is an antidote to demoralization.
It is a heartening, an encouragement, a way to revitalize our spirits.
There is a bottomless well of goodness available to us, and this is reflected back to us through what is beautiful.
Beauty must be prioritized!
