I thought I was totally fine pivoting to self-publishing by a certain date after I hear back from my full manuscript requests. But now I’m afraid that if no agents want my book, then I’m bound to get bad reviews if I self-publish, so why bother?

Please help my brain that wants to assign objective meaning to subjective decisions so that I don’t talk myself out of ever publishing my book 😂😂
