I’ve just an aha moment. I realised that I keep talking about and thinking about feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and worried. And I’m a big believer that what you focus on is what you get. From now on I’m replacing that with a Louise Hay affirmation. “All is well. Everything is working out for my highest good. I am safe.”
