sometimes i wonder how many versions of myself i’ve outgrown without even noticing. i look back at old photos and remember the thoughts i used to carry, the dreams i thought would save me. it’s strange how you can live inside yourself every day and still not realize you’re evolving. it’s only when you look back that you realize how far you’ve come, how many lives you’ve already lived in the same skin.
Took some time to ponder why family and friends seem oblivious to the things I know. They seem happy and content living in the world as they find it. Me, neither happy nor content, I have stayed immersed in the news, and mainly the alt news where I found truth based on my knowledge through education. It is apparent they scoot along daily, doing whatever they are told from the sources they trust, like the Today Show, Good morning America, Fauci, Biden, NBC Evening News, CNN, MSNBC, NYT, WAPO, H…
