We’re on a family “camping” trip this weekend and cooking in this tiny cabin kitchen has been really something. I managed to remember my cutting board, salt and pepper, an apron and brought my cast iron skillet but forgot my favorite knife, so I chopped onions for last night’s chili with a steak knife that’s probably been here since the 90s.
