Few more predictions that have come true from my eclipse tarot reading.

With the 6 of Swords featuring prominently in my eclipse reading, I predicted there would be a BIG focus on boats and waterways/oceans during late February and March 2026, and there have been multiple stories that relate to this prediction:

The closing of the Strait of Hormuz due to the Iran bombing (that Trump initiated) that is causing issues with boats not being able to pass. The Strait of Hormuz carries about 20% of the world’s oil supply, so disruptions quickly affected energy markets. Oil prices jumped and many countries began planning naval operations to protect shipping routes. This will lead to chain supply issues that could be reminiscent of Covid times. Iran has stated the waterway was effectively closed to U.S., Israeli, and allied ships, and will remain open to others.

Three merchant ships have been struck in and around the Strait of Hormuz, including a Thai registered bulk carrier that caught fire after leaving a port in the UAE, forcing crew members to evacuate for their safety.

Several reports said up to six vessels were attacked or damaged in the Persian Gulf and surrounding waters.  Some incidents involved explosive-laden boats or drone strikes on oil tankers, causing fires and at least one death among crew members.

Due to the attacks and threats, commercial ship traffic almost halted at one point. Insurance risks and war fears caused many shipping companies to pause or reroute tankers.

There have been reports that mines have been laid in the water, and now there are discussions about international naval escorts for ships passing through the area.

The US Navy's nuclear aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford was flooded with sewage while sailing through the Mediterranean on its way to the Middle East to join the USS Abraham Lincoln. The long deployment is reportedly taking its toll on the sailors aboard. Sanitation is becoming a big problem, with overflowing toilets and has been in the news consistently the past several weeks as it’s impacting morale.

That’s A LOT of news stories on boats/water ways, so I’d say this predication was spot on. And I’d avoid traveling by boat if you can. We could see wider issues on a larger scale since it’s become such a big theme for this eclipse season.
