…I did it! After years of a labyrinthine journey (which I’m convinced never ends until we’re truly home), truncated attempts in the past, tons of wrestling, and some calls I finally couldn’t refuse, I received confirmation in the Catholic church. :) (Because I was already baptized, I was confirmed a week or so before Easter…what a treat it was to be cheering as part of the welcome-wagon at Easter Vigil!)

I haven’t broadcast this journey online…I wanted to be able to explore it quietly and follow the breadcrumb trail bit by bit, unsure of where it would lead. I’ll be sharing more in a post at some point, since this has been a long, circuitous journey that would be a shock to my younger self. 😅

My commitment still includes - and actually deepens - my dedication to ecumenical camaraderie, with love and inspiration being shared with my brothers & sisters who find their home in other expressions of the faith. I’m excited to continue learning and growing alongside every single one of you. :)
