I went down a thought experiment last night about fractal spacetime and ended up somewhere deeper. It kind of broke my brain. Cliff note version of the cliff notes of the thought expiriment:

Imagine everything in its entirety like Russian dolls, layers within layers, repeating the same pattern at different scales. Like the the nuanced details within a layer is differentiated, but the same fractal law governs every layer.

Do the layers recurse forever inward and outward? Is there an end? Universes, galaxies, systems, biology, quantum states, even thought itself all nested, all connected.

We keep trying to understand things by going deeper and deeper into the smallest parts. But what if the real insight comes from zooming out and seeing the pattern that repeats through all of it?

At some point you realize, you’re not outside of the system trying to understand it. You’re one of the layers inside it.

And you can only see so far because you’re inside your own “Russian doll.”

We percieve what we need to survive. Even what we percieve isnt reality. Its a sliver of a projection of what really is. We study electromagnetism, gravity, quantum mechanics, cosmological happenings, and everything in between so what are the implications of this? Idk.

Whats even the point other than being a feral curiositor who loves finding out 🩶🩶🩶

That perspective shift is wild.
