I posted my 100th video on YouTube today.

Continuing to lean into the uncomfortable.This has been, and continues to be oh so vulnerable. I hope to show folks a different way of ‘doing it.’ You don’t have to show up polished to START. Just start - just the way you are.

In today’s video, I go on for a 6 minute ramble. I didn’t say near the things I wanted to, but I also didn’t prep myself with a script. This is all off the cuff, with Um’s and Uh’s. Not polished.

Guys and Gals, I’m proud for showing up the way I did.
