Of course. I was recently informed by a guy who wanted to reinstate patriarchy that there is an overwhelming male consensus in favour of this. When I showed him evidence to the contrary, he informed me that this was because men are shamed out of revealing their true preferences on a massive scale. There is nowhere you can go with this kind of epistemology which seems to be based on mind-reading + wishful thinking + echo chamber.
