Ha! I have thought of an imperfect analogy for this.

My father was an intensely analytical person in the realm of maths and my mother an artistic ‘vibes and narratives’ one in the realm of literature and fine art. They spent a lot of time in France.

My father’s French was much better technically but he completely failed at approximating a French accent. Consequently, he could be quite difficult to understand in speech but his written French was good!

My mother’s French was poor but she had a good French accent and an ear for how the language worked. Sometimes, when she could not think of the right word, she’d ‘Frenchify” an English one and present that. Consequently, she had some communication difficulties too, but more so in writing. In speech, she could often get her point across with a mixture of correct words, inventively talking around a subject, body language and enthusiasm.

Consequently, if you wanted an accurate factual account of anything in French, you’d be much better off persevering with my father even though it was laborious to the point of being painful, but if you just wanted a general artistic & satisfying vibe of a thing, my mother would provide that.

I am increasingly of the opinion that everything ultimately comes down to psychological traits and, from there, the epistemic frameworks through which we think (which are also heavily reliant on psychological traits)
