You’re a human being, and the cultural conditioning of the beauty standard is pretty unavoidable.
It means you don’t let it take center stage…we all have moments where we feel more confident in our skin than others, but honing in on some other intentions to get your body moving will be way more rewarding in terms of actual progress and in how you feel about yourself.
