Something worth pausing on from the Maya Forstater v CGD case , the Employment Appeal Tribunal was clear that having gender-critical beliefs as a protected characteristic does not give anyone the right to misgender trans people without consequence. It's an important distinction that often gets lost in how this ruling is discussed, and I've written about it in more detail over on Substack if you'd like to read further.
