But I’m actually working on a fun little exercise that ranks common activities by how "good" or "bad" they are for your brain (in terms of plasticity).
Things like… Working out. Reading fiction. Watching videos. Reading non-fiction while taking notes. Doomscrolling….
Anything you do regularly that you'd like to see on the list?
