It snowed today in my area, where snowfall is usually rare. Whenever it snows, I get excited and can't help taking pictures. However, Northern Japan has been hit by record-breaking, disaster-level heavy snow this year. As of now, 45 people have died and over 500 have been injured due to causes such as collapsing houses and accidents during snow removal. Meanwhile, in my area, the snow stopped quickly and was followed by a clear blue sky.
