I’ve noticed that when I’m struggling with mental ill-health, I don’t take photographs even though I’ve loved photography since childhood.
So I set myself a daily goal to take a photo. My thought is that at least I have something visual to pause, notice and record my day. Maybe then see progress in my mental wellbeing.
When this challenge from Patrik L popped up in my feed providing the opportunity to take it a step further I couldn’t resist!
