Discernment matters. The strength here is the emphasis on continuity and narrative, but it still rests on a particular interpretive tradition. Seeing Christ throughout the Old Testament is a theological reading, not a universally agreed conclusion. The caution is to not mistake a compelling lens for the only faithful one.
The core point holds though: when Scripture becomes ammunition instead of a unified story, something has already gone off track.
