I’d like five minutes alone with the guy who thought that it was a good idea to put blazing filaments in clear glass bulbs. These eyesores (and I mean that literally) on strings have gone from a necessity in Safe Rest Villages to favored backyard illumination. Our neighbor strung them from trees in his back yard and they shine into our living room like runway lights. Has no one heard of frosted bulbs?!?!!
