I’m sure I will have more to say on this subject later, but cutting to the chase, the recruitment of whites to the Army is way off, and more specifically white males, and white males from the south in particular. Gee whiz, who would have expected that?! This is totally unsurprising for numerous reasons; unfortunately the problem has been generations in the making, and will take a like number of generations to reverse, if it can be reversed.
