⏰ Today I learned it was 10 years between when C.S. Lewis first jotted down a few lines for a book idea, and when he returned to write that book…which became The Lion, the Witch, and The Wardrobe.

Two lessons for Creative people here:

Keep your ideas and notes and sketches, they may become very useful later.

Remember we usually only see the top of the iceberg of the Creative Process. Be patient with yourself and keep creating, you never know which idea will get its legs.
