Reading this made me nostalgic for my Domestic Science classes and my teacher Mrs Stevenson who always used to say “Nice is not a word used to describe food" and that’s exactly why I enjoyed Food Science Toolbox's post, moving beyond description into actually understanding what’s going on with your dinner.
