Even though Kamala Harris has overtaken Biden in the RCP Betting Odds, she has done so at a fraction of the support that Joe Biden had just before his June 27th debate debacle.

This is the Democrats’ dilemma: a mentally competent Kamala Harris is viewed as being only marginally better than a mentally incompetent Joe Biden. Replacing him with Kamala guarantees them a chaotic campaign and a weak candidate who’ll make an even weaker showing. Replacing him with anyone else guarantees them a chaotic campaign and an even weaker candidate.
