Kathy is following the feminist trend of comparing the top 10% of men to the bottom 90% of women while ignoring the very existence of the bottom 90% of men.
She can't identify which things are excluding men from society because she views all men as benefiting from the same privileges and lifestyle of the top 10%.
Some male issues that Kathy might be empathetic about if she were willing to acknowledge their existence would be:
-Substance abuse and addictions
-Incarceration
-workplace related deaths and injuries
-homelessness
-suicide
Of course on an individual level straight white men are susceptible to suffering from the same issues, or at least similar issues, as any other demographic.
Although I am giving Kathy the benefit of the doubt by writting things in a way that can excuse her as just being ignorant or uninformed, I suspect that she is being voluntarily obtuse when it comes to acknowledging that men might face any serious problems other than entitlement.
