thank you, I have hesitated because well I had one boss tell me I couldnt write, then I had a friend who is a professor tell me I write well. I had to rebuild my confidence. Also im losing my ability to work for too much longer, maybe a year or so left, but my brain still works and I wanted to find a platform. I am enjoying it as I can finally put my thoughts down and, I hope, help others see the issues and know they arent alone in their thinking. I love your pieces as well and its partly what prompted me
