You could read it but you won’t?
For someone who is supposedly a mother you sure don’t seem to appreciate the fundamental bedrock difference between males and females, a gap that won’t be bridged by some transwoman cutting his dick and balls off, and putting on a dress.
For example, it is absolutely astounding to me that Bruce Jenner wound up with a “Woman of the Year” award with his “cleavage-boosting corset, sultry poses, and thick mascara” — along with his fake tits and neovagina — with which he thought to enjoy the “prospect of regular ‘girls’ nights’ of banter about hair and makeup”:
If that isn’t the harbinger of the end of the American Empire then I certainly can’t imagine what could top it.
But it really isn’t a matter of “discrimination against people”. It’s a matter of what it takes to qualify as male and female — which the biologists seem to be holding all of the trump on — and what rights and benefits society deems justified for those in each category. The serious problems of transwomen — i.e., males with feminine traits — in women’s sports and prisons, and of various “doctors” sterilizing and castrating dysphoric and autistic children, turning them into sexless eunuchs, won’t be solved by a rousing chorus of Kumbaya — which is what seems to be your “solution”.
