Reminder: It’s ok to go backwards.

In a world of insta highlights celebrating big launches I’m hyping the normality of numbers going backwards.

It happens to us all.

Particularly if we are making changes.

I’m moving to a new platform, tweaked my format. Some love it. Some hate it.

It’s about finding the people who love it, making it even better for them and then finding more people like that.

I’m sharing publicly also to keep myself accountable and to normalise the beauty in the boring.

Building on the daily isn’t always sexy wins. It’s just showing up. That’s my hype right there today.
