I know I write in an archaic style to fit my world but… GUYS! There are some INCREDIBLY useful words we’ve left behind from Early Modern English!

• Yon/yonder

• Whence/thence/hence

• Wither/thither/hither

• The entire singular pronoun declension (thou, thy, thine)

• Ye

• Hie

• Fain

• Wherefore/whereof (they don’t mean what you think — they’re very nuanced)

Can we bring back just a few of these? Maybe we get the youth involved! Start a movement!
