This is so cool! I’ve got a friend who runs an apiary, and it’s amazing to try his honey at different times of year when the bees are pollinating different flowers. Trying the different honeys side-by-side, the flavor distinction is stark. Different flowers, different honey.
To go along with Ian Dunmore ’s mycology articles, here’s another interesting article about toxic honey. I’ve known about this one for years (thanks to Agatha Christie), but I figure some of my writer friends might also find it interesting
