Who actually owns the copyright? I haven't seen this addressed. Work-for-hire wasn't the thing then, as it is now. Is the family claiming they own the copyright and that the band and its associated business of creating reproductions and merchandise were not covered by the original agreement? I have ready several posts on this, but I have achive much clarity on this point.
