I have been looking into a new group profile-building format to help you build the strongest possible EB-1A, EB-2 NIW or O-1 profile (with guidance from a lawyer from day one).

As a member, you will get access to:

• An experienced lawyer who will be able to start working with you from day one to help guide your profile-building and evidence collection, answer questions, and help you avoid spending time on irrelevant activities/opportunities.

• My assistance with profile-building (suggestions for opportunities to target individualized to you, introductions to certain opportunities, etc.).

Members will get individualized calls with their assigned lawyer and will be able to ask questions about profile-building and recent adjudications in group sessions (the format for the pilot will be 6 monthly sessions).

Members will also get access to a group where they can ask questions and work with other members.

Also, the focus of this format will be not just on doing activities but on:

• How to think about what you have already done through your work (which can in itself be strong evidence already).

• How to identify relevant pieces of evidence (a lawyer will be sharing insights on how to think about evidence throughout the 6 months).
