Casey Means is a grifter who dropped out of an ENT (ear nose & throat) residency to start a wellness company selling glucose monitors to non-diabetics, a “health app” & subscriptions for her programs.

She lies about basic science concepts to sell disinformation and her books, where she claims to be an expert in metabolism.

Incomplete ENT residency ≠ scientist or metabolic expert.

She has no expertise. So of course Trump would think she’s an appropriate candidate for Surgeon General.
