I refuse to be the kind of person who loses their mind over a delayed train or lets a spilled coffee set the tone for the whole day.

I want to be the one who stays composed, who sees the good even when things don’t go as planned. The kind of person who breathes through the little chaos and still finds beauty in how the day unfolds.

I want to be soft. I want to be steady.

Uncommon advice:

If you don't know what to pursue in life right now, pursue yourself.

Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself.

Then the right path will reveal itself.

We live in a time that people are more inclined to obey an unlawful executive order than they are to follow a court order 🤦🏾‍♀️.

Dictators are created due to cruelty, cowardice, & compliance! IF THEIR ASSES will ignore the Supreme Court, we can definitely IGNORE HIM!

I’m going to say something that shouldn’t be controversial but will be. If you are a Christian, you can support border control and immigration being legal vs illegal. You CANNOT celebrate deportations and get off on the cruelty, and be a real Christ follower. Period

i've spent so much of my life trying to be "easy to love." less loud. less complicated. less emotional. but somewhere along the way, i realized love isn't supposed to feel like editing yourself. real love from friends, from partners, even from yourself feels like being able to stay whole. messy, complicated, beautiful. i’m not here to be a softer version of myself just to fit inside someone else’s idea of "easy."

🇺🇸 Michael Saylor says, “US Govt. should own the majority of #Bitcoin.”

Doubts about Michael J. Saylor’s true understanding of the Bitcoin revolution are confirmed!

The goal is certainly not for the BTC supply to be centralized and owned by a government!

The goal is for the people to benefit from a superior alternative monetary system. This involves the possibility of paying in BTC and not seeing the powerful in the current system marginalize the Bitcoin revolution by compartmentalizing Bitcoin as a simple store of value within the current system.

Sorry Michael, there is a problem with the ideas you are spreading. You are playing into the hands of BlackRock and the other financial giants and here of a centralization of Bitcoin, when the goal is indeed decentralization and liberation from the yoke of governments and central bankers.

Nation states adopting bitcoin was always unavoidable in bitcoin’s success story.

So in that case I could argue that my country should own the majority of bitcoin.

But owning the majority of bitcoin now is quite difficult, as the majority of coins is already out there. Mostly in the hands of individuals.

That’s the beauty of Bitcoin, because either way game theory says that (in the longest time horizon) that those who hold Bitcoin in self custody and are responsible with it will benefit. Those who don’t self custody and/or are irresponsible with their sats will lose the game. Individual, family, community, private company, or nation state. The consensus rules don’t change. You can’t break the rules of Bitcoin, only break yourself against them.

The Credit Strategist's avatar

Agree. Government should not be the owner of Bitcoin that would completely defeat the purpose.
