The moment I stopped trying to heal alone, something shifted.
Not because I found the right therapist or the right book. But because I let people in. And that changed the pace of everything.
Healing was never meant to be a solo journey. But we rarely talk about that.
We celebrate the lone work. The journaling, the meditation, the cold plunges. All valid and can be very effective.
But there's another layer. One that only opens in the presence of others.
We heal in relationship too, and in community... And that part is hardly ever spoken of.
