Mazzulla, Carbery, and the like, have seen the inside of a sauna, they don’t overeat, they workout consistently, so they exercise control in their own life. Which doesn’t get projected outward with the incessant desire to control other humans through Force coaching… Love for self emanates outward and becomes love for players. You can not give what you don’t have. I’m not saying you have to workout, sauna, meditate or any of that… But the principle is that you must have love for self, in whatever form that takes.
