When you are referring to the watered down Canadian version of UWOs, are you describing the versions that some of the provinces have introduced or what you anticipate the federal government will enact?
In this case I'm referring to the federal government consultation, and presumably federal legislation on unexplained wealth orders. However, that consultation might result in a recommendation for the feds NOT to enact that legislation, and instead leave it to the provinces. We shall see...!
